How do I add information to a case?

  • When logged in, go to my cases by pressing the link in the top bar.
  • Open the case of interest by pressing the subject header.
  • You can now add additional messages and/or mark the case as resolved.
  • If the case is already closed, thus not containing any edit fields, it can be re-opened by pressing the "I still have an issue with this case"
